1. For weekly rate & monthly rate must be paid advance.
2. Monthly rate is 30 days.
3. For early check out, Hotel reserves the right to charge for actual total nights stay reserved (Non-Refundable).
4. All rooms can accommodate 2 adults. The third person will be cost 300 THB.

Terms and Conditions

1. Hotel’s check in time 1.00 pm. and check out 12.00 pm. (noon)
2. Late check out after 12.00 pm. (noon) is subject to be charged, please contact our front desk staff for room availability.
3. Free safety box is available at front desk.
4. Free Wifi in all rooms, public area and swimming pool area.
5. Deposit 1,000 Thai baht. (Deposit will be refunded on the book out date)
6. All rooms are king size bed (double bed).
7. The offer is net price and for room only not included breakfast.
8. The third person will be cost 300 THB
9. For early check out, Hotel reserves the right to charge for actual total nights stay reserved (Non-Refundable).
10. Housekeeping department is close at 17.00 pm. We will change only towel and refill complimentary drinking water after that time. Please contact front desk staff or dial “0” for contact front desk.
11. Cancellation must be made at least 2 day before arrival date.
12. Some charge will be applied by the front office department for damage of hotel’s belongings in your room.

Special High season Terms & Condition

1. Late check out ( after 12.00 pm. noon) is not available and subject to room availability only, please inform the front desk staff upon arrival. Late check out will be charge full amount of 1 day cost.
2. Regarding high season, hotel reserved the right to book a room for you as your credit balance of payment In case of extending your stay, please contact the front desk staff as soon as possible for room availability
3. For early check out, additional charge will be applied to your account.
4. Housekeeping department is close at 17.00 pm. We will change only towel and refill complimentary drinking water after that time. Please contact front desk staff or dial “0”
5. Some charge will be applied by the front office department foe the damage of hotel’s belongings in your room.
6. No show or Failure to cancel : Charge full amount of the total amount of deposit.
7. Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before arrival.
8. All rooms are king size bed (double bed).
